Warehouse Helper:
Pay Rate: $15ph
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm, occasional Saturdays 9am-3pm
Location: Onsite in Manitowoc, WI
Job Duties:
Assist donors with loading and unloading donated items, including furniture, appliances, clothing, toys, boxes, and other household goods.
Receive, sort, and organize incoming donations in designated areas.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation receiving and sorting area.
Provide friendly customer service by greeting donors and answering general questions.
Evaluate and organize donated items using good judgment and established guidelines.
Assist with moving and transporting donations throughout the facility.
Perform additional general labor and donation center duties as assigned.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy or bulky items.
Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and carrying items throughout the shift.
Strong work ethic with a dependable and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Friendly personality and good customer service skills.
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
