Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in the Cath Lab for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling cardiac procedures and be comfortable working in a dynamic care setting with a focus on adult patients.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Days with on-call responsibilities
- Call: 2-3 days per week, rotating weekends
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3234 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Provide accurate monitoring during procedures
- Maintain sterile field and equipment inventory
- Participate in patient assessment and care planning
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate using Epic charting system
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Valid IL RN license
- Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS
- Proficient with EP Lab, PCI, and other cardiac procedures
- Skills in 3D imaging, angioplasty, cardiac mapping, and hemodynamic monitoring
