Registered Nurse – Trauma ICU

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Trauma ICU setting within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center teaching hospital
- Float within scope to ICU and Telemetry units based on facility needs
- Utilize Cerner for electronic health record documentation and charting
- Adhere to facility dress code and compliance standards throughout the assignment
- Complete required orientation modules as scheduled during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid RN state license (no pending licenses accepted)
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Willingness to float to ICU and Telemetry units as needed
- Weekend availability required
- COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
- Local candidates are welcome
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Trauma ICU or high-acuity critical care environment
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
- Experience in a Magnet or teaching hospital setting
