Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a Surgical Acute unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-op care, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work as a team player. This is an opportunity in an acute care setting providing care for patients with post-operative, trauma, and medical conditions.

Responsibilities
- Provide post-op care to patients, including dressing changes and wound care
- Manage IV therapy, pain management, drains, NGs, and central lines
- Collaborate with patient care techs for ADL's, vitals, and other patient needs
- Utilize CPAP and coordinate with RT for respiratory management
- Float to similar units as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Active IL License or application in process
- Experience in post-op care
- Strong critical thinking skills
