Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday | Variable Start Time (8:00 AM–11:00 AM) | On-Call Available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Phase I PACU care for post-operative patients in a high-acuity inpatient setting
- Float between pre-op and PACU as needed to support departmental operations
- Assist with cath lab recovery as required
- Maintain flexibility to orient and work across multiple medical center locations within the system
- Complete required compliance modules during pre-start and annually as directed
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Phase I PACU experience required
- Inpatient experience required
- Cath lab recovery experience required
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; proof must be provided at time of submission
- Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
- Experience working across multiple units or facilities within a large health system
