Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts, Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in an inpatient operating room environment, including both circulating and scrubbing roles
- Support orthopedic, urological, and robotic-assisted surgical procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
- Float to other facilities within the health system as needed, provided requisite job qualifications are met
- Complete required compliance modules during pre-start and annually as directed
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient Operating Room experience
- Experience in both circulating and scrubbing roles
- Strong orthopedic surgical background
- Robotic surgical experience (da Vinci preferred) and urology experience
- BSN required
- Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months required
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster required — no exceptions; proof must be provided at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CNOR certification
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
