Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is required.
- Documentation of professional liability insurance as required by facility or state rules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL-focused treatment in SNF settings preferred.
