We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services, helping patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in Josephine County.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Home health experience required.
- Ability to perform OT evaluations, subsequent visits, starts of care, recertifications, resumptions of care, and discharges.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided between first and last patient visit.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience in home health settings will set a candidate apart.
- Business casual or scrubs dress code preferred for patient visits.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1600 (client lists 8am–4:30pm as typical schedule).
- Weekly hour guarantee: 36 hours.
- Coverage area: Josephine County.
- On-call/weekend requirement: No.
- Candidate may be required to travel between patient homes within the coverage area.
