Assignment Overview
Join our Surgical Acute care unit as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you'll provide essential post-operative care to surgical and trauma patients. We seek a dedicated RN with critical thinking skills and a strong team ethic. This role best suits someone experienced in post-op patient management and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2565 (negotiable)
- Charting System: EPIC
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Rotate every other holiday
- Local Candidate Policy: Local rate applies to addresses within 50 miles
- Number of Openings: 1
Responsibilities
- Provide post-operative care to surgical and trauma patients
- Perform wound care and manage IV therapy
- Coordinate with house supervisors and charge RNs
- Utilize telemetry and RT equipment as required
- Contribute to patient education and support
Qualifications
Required:
- Active IL license or application in process
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Experience in post-op care and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work every other weekend and rotate holidays
